Adobe完成对Macromedia的并购
--合并公司提供的软件平台将重新定义数字信息沟通方式
2005年12月5日,[北京] —Adobe公司(Nasdaq:ADBE)今天正式宣布对Macromedia 的并购成功,最后的手续于2005年12月3日(周六)完成。之后,Macromedia 的普通股票将不再被交易,一股Macromedia 普通股将被转换成Adobe 普通股的1.38股股权。
Adobe和Macromedia的结合将使合并后的公司成为世界上最大的,最具创新和多样化的软件公司之一,此次并购行动将行业中一些最强的软件品牌和最普遍应用的科技结合起来,帮助用户在各种多样的媒介和系统上创作,管理,传达各种引人注目的内容。此次行动更加速实现了Adobe的战略主动性,提升和创造一个基于PDF和Macromedia® Flash®技术,从移动设备到高端服务器的强大软件平台。
